Dr. Ronald L Wolfson, MD
Dr. Wolfson went to college at the University of Illinois and Indiana University. He was awarded a degree of Bachelor of Sciences in Physics from Indiana University in 1962. He then attended Medical School at the University of Illiniois from 1962 to 1966, when he was granted the degree of Doctor of Medicine with honors in AOA. He then entered and completed an internship in straight medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago from 1966 to 1967.
Following that he volunteered for a commission in the United States Public Health Service for two years and served as a medical officer at the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Navy, at the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary in Atlanta, from 1967 to 1969.
Following decommisioning from USPHS he undertook a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan from 1969 to 1971. He applied for, was accepted to, and completed a fellowship in Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology at the Scripps Research Institute and Medical Center in La Jolla, California from 1971 to 1973.
In the later half of 1973 he opened his practice of Allergy, Astham and Clinical Immunology in Aurora, Illinois and Geneva, Illnois where he still maintains his offices.
